When I play a QuickTime video or movie under Vista Beta 2 Build 5384, I only get sound, but NO image at all. The screen is entirely black nd blank :(
QuickTime 7.1 installed.
Any ideas ?

QuickTime Problem under Vista Beta 2
Quicktime is pants dudddee! But have you tried installing from the ActiveX control which it presents you on some websites? Try doing it that way :o)

Try right clicking on the name in the program menu select properties and click on the compatibility tab and select run under window xp (service pack 2) mode. I found this worked for me.

Same problem here. Blank screen with sound. No icon on .mov files.
These are movies from my Kodak EasyShare camera.
I installed the standalone version 7.1 Quicktime.
Compatibility change just gives me a pop-up screen that says the program is not compatible with Windows.
Works fine in my Windows Home XP boot.
